3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservations, you are required to:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Make a deposit as indicated in your reservation confirmation

3.2 Confirmation

Bookings are deemed confirmed only with a payment and our written acknowledgment of such. We reserve the authority to reject service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charters depend on the availability of vessels and appropriate weather. We will endeavor to accommodate your preferences for dates and times wherever possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All price quotations are provided in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes, except as otherwise specified. Please note that prices are liable to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the overall charter fee, required at the time of booking
  • Final payment: Due 48 hours before the charter commences
  • Supplementary costs (if applicable): Payable upon the charter's conclusion

4.3 Methods of Payment

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, bank transactions, and certified cheques. Payment processing is conducted using secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before the start: Full reimbursement minus transaction fees
  • 24-72 hours before the start: 50% of the payment will be refunded
  • Under 24 hours before the start: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If conditions are unsafe for sailing, as determined by our captain, options include:

  • Moving the charter to an alternative date without incurring additional charges
  • Issuance of a full reimbursement if rescheduling is impractical

5.3 Mechanical Breakdowns

If there's a mechanical fault with the yacht, we'll endeavor to find a comparable replacement. If an equivalent isn't available, you'll receive a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Protocols

All guests are expected to:

  • Abide by instructions given by the crew
  • Use the safety gear as directed
  • Inform of any medical conditions that could affect their security
  • Stay within designated areas on the yacht

6.2 Banned Items

The items listed below are strictly prohibited onboard:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal items
  • Weapons or guns
  • Excessive consumables (beyond moderate use)
  • Pets (unless they have prior authorization)

6.3 Behavior

Guests must behave considerately. If conduct endangers safety or disrupts others' experience, we hold the right to discontinue the charter prematurely, without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

Our liability to you is confined to the charter fee paid. We accept no liability for:

  • Injuries due to the negligence of the individual
  • Theft or damage to personal belongings

  • Delays caused by weather or other factors outside our control

Our comprehensive marine insurance policy covers our fleet and operations. All passengers are recommended to have their own travel and personal insurance.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itineraries, routes, and schedules may be modified due to weather, safety, or operational considerations, with efforts made to ensure equivalent alternative arrangements.

No accountability for postponements, cancellations, or changes due to forces beyond our control, which may include:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Natural catastrophes

  • Port closures

10. Privacy and Data Protection
