How soon should I reserve?
For a guaranteed spot, it's best to book 2–3 weeks ahead, or 4–6 weeks in advance for special events such as corporate functions or private celebrations to secure optimal availability and sufficient time for personalized arrangements, particularly in the busy period from May through September.
What if weather conditions aren't favorable?
Our primary concern is safety. In the event that the captain deems the weather unsafe, we will suggest another date for the charter or refund the full amount. We closely track meteorological conditions and will inform you of potential issues 24 hours ahead of your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Guests are certainly welcome to bring personal food items and non-alcoholic beverages. Additionally, our personalized catering service can prepare a variety of menus to suit your tastes. Please be aware that glass containers are prohibited on the yachts due to safety measures.

What is your policy on cancellations?
Complete refunds are offered for cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure. If the reservation is canceled between 24 to 72 hours prior, a refund of 50% will be provided. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure time are non-refundable, except in circumstances involving weather or mechanical issues on our part.
